Steven has been a licensed real-estate agent since 2009 and is currently licensed in the District of Columbia (License #SP98378615) and Maryland (License #529114). He built The Lane Associates around a simple idea: homeowners in difficult moments — foreclosure, divorce, an inherited property — need someone who can either buy the house directly or list it traditionally, whichever actually serves them best.

Most of Steven's work starts with a free 15-minute call. He reads every message that comes in personally, and if a traditional listing is a better fit for the situation than a cash sale, he'll say so on that first call.
